Cancellation of the monthly subscription

Your subscription is renewed every month until the following month. If you want to cancel your monthly subscription as a user of an English program, you have two options:

  • Do it yourself via the 'My Monsley' menu
  • Have us cancel the plan it for you


Note: Partner accounts must be canceled separately


Option 1: Do it yourself

  • Click on the Avatar (picture) on the top right
  • In the revealed menu, click 'Settings'
  • Then click 'Billing info' on the top right
  • Select the 'Cancel' button:
  • And then confirm the cancellation of your subscription.


Option 2: Done for you

  • Please email [email protected]
  • Indicate that you want to stop the subscription, and we will arrange it for you.
  • Please use the email address that you've used to start the subscription. Is there a notice period?
  • When happens when you cancel your subscription?
  • If you have canceled, access to your program will expire at the end of your monthly period. You can still access your account, but not your program*. This moment is determined by your date of purchase.


For example:

You purchased the program on March 15.

If you cancel on June 10, you'll have access for 5 more days.

If you cancel on June 20, you'll have access for +/- 25 more days.


When was my starting date?

Check the welcome email we sent on the day that you started and check the date this email was sent to you. This is the date that you started.
